The New Dawn Foundation Charity was established by us in 2012 to meet the needs of our local communities where needed.

We are happy to have sponsored the Therapy Miniature Pig visit from The Pigfather to the Big Day Out on 29th June 2019. This is an annual commuity event organised by the Chessington Evangelical Church which attracts thousands of people from across the UK. It was really good to see so many people interacting with the Miniature Pigs Holly and Polly who brought so much joy to both young and old, able and disabled people.

Our goal for 2019/2020 is to raise enough money through you, the generous public, for us to build our new Farm Animal Sanctuary for unwanted, abandoned and mistreated farm animals, so that they do not need to be put down unnecessarily but, instead, find a new loving home where they will be much loved and cared for. For more information, please, visit The Pigfather ltd.
If you would like to make a donation, this will be greatly appreciated. Please, contact us.

In 2015 we collected £1,100.00 for the building of a school block in Zambia through the charity Hope Worldwide.
The Chibolya Community School in Kenyama district is in one of the poorest and most challenged areas of Lusaka, Zambia. The school has 510 children aged from 6 – 19
years with just six classrooms and a small office. Working in partnership with the school we helped to build a new school block consisting of an equipped computer classroom, and a sewing workroom for the women’s support group to make school uniforms and a school tuck shop. This new school block will benefit the whole community. During the construction, it was planned to train at least 10 young men and women in building construction skills. The cost of the building was around 200,000 kwatcha (approx £20,000), with an extra 40,000 kwatcha for equipment (£4,000).

In 2018 we supported Sharing Lives which is a Christian charity that seeks to draw alongside people in the local community, offering support and friendship. We have already donated to Sharing Lives because of your generosity.
